Drawn to Tasmania for its abundant fresh produce and relaxed community, Analiese made the island home in 2017, heading up Hobart’s acclaimed Franklin restaurant earning it 2 chef hats. Now she’s building an intimate restaurant at her Huon Valley home, has authored a Tasmanian cookbook celebrating foraging, diving and hunting, and has recently wrapped filming season two of A Girl's Guide to Hunting, Fishing, and Wild Cooking for Australia’s Special Broadcasting Service (SBS), also broadcasting in the USA on Earth X.

Diane Rae is a Tasmanian agritourism trailblazer and the visionary behind Grandvewe Cheeses and Hartshorn Distillery. In the state’s south, she turned a byproduct of cheesemaking into the world’s first sheep whey vodka, then winning World’s Best Vodka at the 2018 World Vodka Awards in London. Beyond crafting award-winning vodka (and now gin), Diane has a shared mission across both ventures: reduce waste, care for people and protect the planet.
