Direct flights are now available from Auckland to Hobart
Air New Zealand’s twice weekly non-stop 4-hour flights from Auckland to Hobart are now available to book with a choice of flight inclusions and connections from domestic NZ airports. The distance from New Zealand to Tasmania is just over 2,400kms.
Negative pre-departure COVID-19 tests are now required to re-enter New Zealand if you have been in Australia for more than 72 hours.
In Tasmania, Hobart Pathology, Launceston Pathology, and North West Pathology provide a fee-based COVID-19 testing service for travel that meets the NZ requirements.
